Joseph "Joe" MacDonald (traditional Chinese: 約瑟·麥當勞, born on 22 September 1992) is a professional football striker currently playing for Sunray Cave JC Sun Hei.

Joe MacDonald claimed to be a Manchester United youth team member when he was about 11 or 12, before joining Blackpool FC.
Joe MacDonald played for Blackpool for 4 years. He was named in the Blackpool squad as an under-21 player in the 2010-11 Premier League season.[1] He was then promoted to the first team along with 15 other players in January 2011. But he never appeared in the Premier League.
On 24 May 2011, Sunray Cave JC Sun Hei announced that Joe MacDonald had signed for the club for the 2011-12 Hong Kong First Division League season. As Joe's parents had moved to Hong Kong, Joe decide to follow them. He trained with HKFC before deciding to sign for Sunray Cave JC Sun Hei.[2]
